Coaching is not new to Becci, she brings 6⁺ years’ experience as General Manager of a new product development consultancy.

On three occasions I have set up Scrum Teams from scratch.  This is one of my favourite services, because it gives the opportunity to get it right the first time and I have seen some amazing results in the first few Sprints.

Scrum Team Rescue Package
