What is Agile? In Under 2 Minutes

A recruiter asked me this week:  “What is agile?  My candidates are getting asked it in their interviews and I don’t know how to prepare them.”

So here’s my pick of all the videos on the web – this one gives you the answer in under 2 minutes.

The video is by the American agile software business VersionOne.  This tool is not well known in Australia, mostly because Jira is so cheap compared to the VersionOne price in US dollars.

However, they are the market leader globally and the software really is one of the best.

To give variety to my training, I use this video to lay the foundations.
